Hello All!

A few years back, Sophie appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair (I think) with photographs of her as a milkmaid pouring milk on herself in front of several deeply moved cows. The photograph was taken by David LaChapelle.

Now, anyone have any idea how to get 8X10s of that shot?

:)

And oh, I'll be posting a concert review of the Providence show for anyone interested later this week! I had the spiritual experience of meeting Sophie!

If you do a search on the internet for "sophie posters" or somesuch things, then you will find a jpg of the Miss Milkmaid Sophie in all her glory. It's a really excellent jpg, actually. I'm sure you could make it into a poster (and in a decent size) unless there's copyright laws involved. *oops* Needless to say, there are no posters out there unless you go on ebay (as many have kindly pointed out) or purchased on this website.

Here is a link to the pic you are talking about...

As Miss Kwirkee said before, it would be easy to make it into a poster yourself.

This photo also appeared on heavy stock paper (11x14" I think) in one of David La Chapelle's picture collection books. They pop up on eBay from time to time.
